Antonie van Leeuwenhoek

This is my sketch of Antonie van Leeuwenhoek. The Dutch cloth salesman who never went to college but still managed to discover bacteria, the cell nucleus, sperm cells, blood cells, nematodes (little worms), and more...making him a little hero of mine.



Sorry his left eye is so dark, but my eraser smudges. :/
